Renowned as one of the oldest museums in USA Cincinnati Art Museum houses a collection of over 60000 making it a museum with a comprehensive set of compilation. This building in Eden Park which houses the museum was found in 1881 followed by a series of renovations. In 1993 a project took place to renovate this museums interior architecture such as the gallery space and the Great Hall with more additional space added to host major temporary exhibitions in the travel industry. Visitors are given the opportunity to participate in these exhibitions participate in numerous art related programmes hosted by the museum and other special events. Since 2003 admission to this exhibition is free of charge and is open six days a week except on Mondays. The unique collection in the museum with a history of more than 6000 years include costumes textiles paintings gems decorative and contemporary art from countries like Egypt Greece Rome Africa and America.
